West Indian Punch recipe

A exquisite one minute quick recipe for West Indian Punch, with dark rum, banana liqueur, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and nutmeg.

Ingredients
2 oz dark rum
3/4 oz banana liqueur
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 pinch nutmeg


Method
Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
