Pepinos Cafe recipe

A exquisite one minute quick recipe for Pepinos Cafe, with tequila, Kahlua coffee liqueur, brown sugar, coffee and whipped cream.

Ingredients
1 oz tequila
1/4 – 3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 cup strong hot coffee
1 oz light whipped cream


Method
Heat tequila and kahlua in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and stir in sugar. Fill with coffee, stir again, and top with cream.
